TASTE OF YUCATAN
An exhilarating day of cooking, the Taste of Yucatán can seamlessly fit into your travel itinerary. The class offers a tasty sampling of Yucatecan cuisine, including indigenous ingredients and cooking methods. We will begin with the culinary overview of Yucatán and market tour, then work into mid-afternoon preparing a typical comida fuerte - the hefty Yucatecan afternoon meal. 9:00am - 4:00pm* Minimum class size: 6.
Historical overview and market tour presented by Chef Mario; workbook with all recipes we prepare in class; a souvenir Los Dos apron; continental breakfast; mid-day snack; full afternoon meal with wine/beer service; taxes.
SERVICE TIPS for the staff are not included and are at the discretion of the visitor; pesos or US dollars are welcome.
