PRIVATE CLASS FEES

Private classes are available for the Taste of Yucatan and Los Dos Maestros. Private classes may be reserved as "Guaranteed" or "Exclusive."

A "Guaranteed" class simply means that you will be assured of having a class, whether other students enroll or not. Because we book future classes at all times during the year, after you book a "guaranteed" class we may later receive enquiries from other students who wish to take a class on the same day. We will admit them up to our maximum of 8-10 students, and reimburse you accordingly, up to the limit of the regular individual public class fee.

An "Exclusive" class is for those people who wish to enjoy the intimacy of being surrounded by a few close friends or family members, with one-on-one instruction from Chef Sterling. In this case, the class will be closed to other students.

DINING AT LOS DOS

Prix Fixe six course Tasting Menu $50.00 per person. Los Dos is not a public restaurant but rather a private club. An additional $25 per person will be charged for club membership. Membership applies for one year. One seating per day (1:00pm - 4:00pm). Minimum $300.00 per seating excluding alcohol. Cocktail service and a range of New World wines are available for an additional charge. Menus change seasonally; enquire about the month's offerings. Reservations must be made 30 days in advance.
