Harvested in the Mexican state of Veracruz, these heady, aromatic beans are imported by Rain's Best. Known for their smooth, creamy flavor with sweet, spicy, woody and pronounced vanilla notes, Mexican vanilla beans are oily, smooth and pliable, with a moisture content of 24-28%.
