When you come to Los Dos for cooking classes, you’ll meet the amazing local people who help us give you the true Yucatecan food experience. Wandy, Doña Lupita, Elena and Gaby have been with us either from the start, or for a very long time. They are all cooks themselves and grew up making and enjoying the result of all of our recipes. Some are even relatives of Chef Mario, whose family is from Hunucma, Yucatan. Together they help make this an authentic experience for us, and especially for you.
