MINIMUM ENROLLMENTS
Los Dos classes are restricted to minimum enrollments, depending on the class or workshop. Classes are subject to cancellation if the minimum number of students is not enrolled.

SPECIAL DIETS
Because our instruction focuses on wholly Yucatecan recipes, we encourage our students to savor the wide range of delicious ingredients we incorporate. Sorry, but we cannot accommodate special food restrictions, allergies or diets.

CHILDREN
Sorry, but children under 18 years of age will not feel comfortable during standard classes at Los Dos. However, special packages or private classes are not restricted.

All prices and fees are listed in>U.S. Dollars.

PAYMENT
You may reserve a class or package at Los Dos up to six months prior to your arrival. To confirm your place, full payment is required 30 days prior to arrival. Payment information will be sent to you prior to this deadline.

BOOKING
All booking must be completed at least 72 hours prior to your class or workshop. Bookings must be completed via e-mail; unfortunately, we cannot accommodate phone bookings or drop-ins.

BOOKING PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
It is recommended to make bookings and payment at least one month prior to arrival. With the highly secure PayPal system, we can accept payment with any major credit card. For booking and payment information, contact us.

BOOKING UPON ARRIVAL
Advanced booking required. Drop-ins can rarely be accommodated. Classes and packages pending availability. Payment must be made no later than 72 hours prior to arrival or to the scheduled class. PayPal payments made with a major credit card are preferred. We can accept cash in Mexican pesos or U.S. dollars. Sorry, no checks or traveler’s checks accepted.

CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS
Twenty-five percent of the total price will be charged if the cancellation is made 29 days to 15 days prior to the course date or the arrival date.

When the cancellation occurs between the 14th day to the first day of the course or your arrival date, we regret that we cannot honor refunds. If a course is cancelled by Los Dos, all fees will be refunded.

The acceptance of a verbal or written confirmation from Los Dos and a deposit or final payment for services constitutes your acceptance of the terms and conditions listed herein. It is the participant’s responsibility to be adequately insured. Traveler’s insurance is strongly recommended. Los Dos owners and staff assume no responsibility nor liability for any delay, loss, damage, injury or accident with regards to persons or property caused by fault or negligence of any third party vendor, including hotels, transportation providers, and local operators rendering a part of our services. Participants shall hold harmless and indemnify Los Dos owners and staff for any expense caused by injury or accident, and loss or damage of personal items while on Los Dos premises. Los Dos reserves the right to make any changes to services and itineraries, with or without notice, which may become necessary.
